Sesla is an AI assistant that answers your phone and messages and can call customers for you. It answers questions, takes appointment requests, collects details and hands over to your team when needed.

Sesla speaks with natural voices and everyday language. Still, we recommend stating at the start that it is an AI assistant. You can listen to voice samples on our site.

Sesla only answers from the information you provide. When it does not know, it does not guess: it takes a note, promises a callback or transfers to the person you choose.

Yes. You decide when, at what hours and to whom calls are transferred. The caller’s details and topic can be summarised for your team.

Sesla handles calls in parallel. Concurrent calls depend on your plan: Starter 3, Professional 10, Enterprise 500, Premium 1000.

Yes. You can run outbound campaigns for reminders, follow-ups and sales qualification, while you control calling hours and opt-outs.

Usually not. You can forward your number through your provider or connect your phone system/SIP trunk. We confirm the right option together.

Yes. Depending on forwarding, Sesla can take all calls, only busy/unanswered ones, or after-hours calls. This depends on your provider’s options.

Yes. Options depend on country, provider and regulations. We confirm what is available during setup.

For yearly Enterprise and Premium plans our team designs the scenario, loads your information, configures basics and runs test calls with you.

With voice cloning you can use a voice that belongs to your business. The voice owner’s explicit consent is required; availability depends on plan.

Yes. Once your WhatsApp Business number is connected, Sesla replies, collects details and hands over when needed. WhatsApp has its own plans.

No. Meta’s WhatsApp conversation fees are not included in Sesla plans and apply separately.

Assistants can also be set up for Instagram, Messenger and website chat. Availability depends on account and channel.

Each plan includes minutes (120–1200). Beyond that you pay your plan’s extra-minute rate ($0.15–$0.25/min). Annual billing lowers the monthly cost.

Monthly: Starter $59.99, Professional $129.99, Enterprise $259.99, Premium $519.99. Annual billing starts at $44.99/mo.

Numbers, carrier, messaging (e.g. Meta fees) and taxes may apply separately. We give you a clear picture on a call.

When your needs change, we review a plan change together. Terms may depend on the billing period; contact us for details.

Your business decides on recording and retention; we set them up together. A disclosure message is recommended.

You decide what is collected and who on your team can access it. We recommend not collecting unnecessary personal data. See our Security page.
