Terms for using Sesla services.

These terms govern the use of the Sesla AI website and AI voice and chat assistant platform ("Service"). The Turkish version prevails.

1. Service

Sesla is AI software (SaaS) that answers and places calls, replies to WhatsApp, Instagram and web chat, records bookings and hands conversations over to the business team.

2. Account

The Service is for business use. Customers are responsible for accurate and confidential account details.

3. Plans, minutes and fees

  • Prices, included minutes and extra-minute rates are published on the Pricing page.
  • Unused minutes do not roll over unless stated.
  • Overage is billed at the plan’s extra-minute rate.
  • Meta WhatsApp conversation fees are not included.
  • Yearly Enterprise and Premium plans include free expert setup; annual plans renew unless cancelled.
  • Late payment may lead to suspension after notice.

4. Acceptable use

  • No unsolicited marketing calls/messages without legal consent.
  • No fraud, harassment, deception or impersonation.
  • No voice cloning without the owner’s explicit consent.
  • No recording without informing the caller.
  • Not a substitute for emergency services.
  • No attacks, reverse engineering or abuse.

5. Customer duties

The customer is the controller for its customers’ data and must provide notices, obtain consents and follow sector rules. The customer is responsible for knowledge-base accuracy.

6. AI output

Responses are generated automatically, may contain errors and are not medical, legal or financial advice.

7. Intellectual property

The platform and brands belong to Sesla; customer content and conversation data belong to the customer.

8. Availability and liability

We make reasonable efforts for uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months, excluding indirect loss; intent and gross negligence are excepted.

9. Termination

Customers may cancel effective at period end. Serious breaches allow immediate suspension or termination.

10. Law and jurisdiction

Turkish law applies; Istanbul (Central) courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction.
