1. SaaS subscriptions
Plans are sold as monthly or yearly subscriptions; prices and included minutes are shown in US dollars (USD) on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew at the end of each period.
2. Usage-based charges
Usage beyond your included minutes is charged at your plan’s extra-minute rate and added to the next invoice.
3. Setup and configuration
Setup and custom configuration fees, where applicable, are stated separately in the quote or at checkout.
4. Invoicing entity
International services may be invoiced by Mr.Digital Mustafa LLC; services provided in Türkiye may be invoiced by MUSTAFA KAYA (Sole proprietorship (Türkiye), Tax ID 68284202114). The applicable entity is shown on your invoice and agreement.
5. Payment methods
Accepted payment methods are shown at the payment step in the customer portal after sign-up. Bank transfer details are only shared on an official invoice or quote; ignore account details received by other means.
6. Currency and conversion
Prices are in USD. If your card uses another currency, your card issuer may apply conversion and foreign transaction fees. Taxes are shown at checkout or on the invoice.
